Three ways to have me in your pocket

You can have me in your pocket, to listen to whenever suits you. One free podcast, one yoga class to keep, and my Soul Support membership, all in the free HIRO app. Start with the free one.
Headphones resting on the original Yoga with Linda CD.
Where it started: the original CD, now available to listen to on your phone.

Let me teach you, wherever you are whenever you need.

There are three ways to do it.

One is free
One is a yoga class to keep, and
One is my membership.

All three are in an app called HIRO, which is free to download.

Let's start with the Free One

Soul Conversations sits alongside this blog and is a free podcast where I'm uploading conversations along my soul journey, plus mini relaxations and meditations to get you started on the path to inner stillness.

There will also be interviews with students, friends and others who choose to walk part of their path alongside mine.

You'll need to create a free account to listen.

That's the free one, and it's the best place to start.

If you'd like something more to keep, there are two other ways to have me in your pocket.

CLASS IN YOUR POCKET

(£15 one-time payment)

This is like a regular yoga class, to listen to on your phone:

An introduction
A posture practice
A breathing practice
A visualisation and
Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)

Play them one at a time or combine them for a full session, depending on your time and what you need.

Pay once, then listen as often as you like.

And if you'd like me with you for the longer walk:

SOUL SUPPORT

(£65 a month, cancel whenever you choose)
This is where my classes, meditations and audio resources live for members.

It includes Map 1 of the R.E.A.L. Method, and the Class In Your Pocket recordings from day one.

Once you've joined, I'll add you to HIRO and it will email you your access.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the free one. Take six minutes out of your day, or even just before bed. I recorded it on my phone during a class, so the sound isn't great, but it's me and it's calm.
