Do you want to join a live meditation session?

Join me either in person or online as I share the techniques that I use for my daily meditation.

These are the techniques as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi.

You can join in the hall at Penwortham if you are local or via a Zoom link.

Is one session enough?

Whilst it is a start, you will definitely get more benefit from a regular meditation practice and so we have created a monthly pass that gives you access to classes at the hall for a month and as a bonus you can have access to the online library - if that's your thing.

You can also try the yoga (if you want) before the meditation. It can help your body get rid of the day's tension and sit more comfortably on the chair. No charge just bring your body and maybe a blanket.
