I finally did it

I have ummed and ahhed for years, I have tried so many different ideas and I have become overwhelmed and procrastinated.

I guess convalesence from life saving surgery has it's uses!

Many years ago I went into a professional recording studio and recorded a CD (how us oldies listened to stuff back in the olden days)

Funny story, the guy in the recording booth went to sleep during Yoga Nidra!

I have taken the tracks from the CD and uploaded them on my podcast platform so that anyone can now download and listen.

There are 4 tracks and an introduction/safety announcement.

If you have attended any of my classes or workshops since 1998 you are going to feel right at home.

I am simplifying my life and that includes all my classes and pricing - lying in a hospital bed post life-saving surgery tends to have the effect of getting one to reassess things.

Single drop in classes are £15, these uploads equal a single class.

Therefore for £15 you get lifetime access to the tracks.
