What happens next
- Look out for an email from Soul Conversations. That's the name of my blog, and it's where your sign-in emails come from. If you don't see it, check Promotions or Spam. To come back at any time, use the sign-in link on the website and a fresh link will be emailed to you.
- Your audio. The Paths and members' relaxations are listened to in the HIRO app. I add each new member personally, so you'll receive an invitation from HIRO to the email address you joined with. Nothing for you to do until it arrives.
- Start with Map 1, Path 1. Map 1 is being added Path by Path over the coming weeks. You'll get an email from Soul Conversations as each one arrives, so you don't need to keep checking. If you don't see it, look in Promotions or Spam.
Each Path is a short spoken talk followed by a relaxation. There's no rush and no right pace, and you can come back to any of them as often as you like.
