From Chaos to Clarity
I realise now that, whether I am on a yoga mat, meditating on a chair, cold water swimming in a mountain tarn, giving an AromaTouch treatment or filling doTERRA samples in the studio, every action is an opportunity to be a channel for the Master's teachings.
