Rest, However Much Time You've Got
I've had a few people ask lately what to do when they can't make it to Monday's class, or don't live close enough to come at all.
I dug out something that's been quietly working for over twenty years.
These tracks aren't something I've just put together. I recorded them over 22 years ago, in a proper studio, sound booth and all, before I had children I wasn't expecting to have. They were sold as a CD to raise money for charity, back before I opened my own yoga studio. That CD sold out years ago.
People still use them. I bump into people in town who tell me they still listen, sometimes years after they first bought the CD.
Now they're available as MP3s: a welcome, a breathing practice, a beach visualisation, a full Yoga Nidra, and a bonus asana practice. Six minutes to twenty-nine, over an hour in total.
Take one track on its own, or stack a few together, asana and breathing and nidra for a full session, or just breathing and nidra when time's short.
£15, yours to keep, listen whenever you need it.
With peace and stillness,
Linda xx
