So I'm gathering thoughts, reading through notes. Pulling it all together ready to deliver a π—₯π—˜π—”π—Ÿ meditation method for π—₯π—˜π—”π—Ÿ people living in the π—₯π—˜π—”π—Ÿ world - well, those that resonate with me at this moment in time

Your soul already knows the way home, it's our ego that's gotten in the way

I've spent decades going in circles, thankfully they were spirals that led ever upward!

So what is my idea for a REAL method of meditation?

A REAL method for REAL people

I want to teach people a method that can fit into their π—₯π—˜π—”π—Ÿ lives.

Not just something to receive once a week in a class or once a season on a retreat from the everyday world.

I want to give people the tools to go home and live their π—₯π—˜π—”π—Ÿ lives with
the stillness and peace they find in these sessions.

π—₯π—˜π—”π—Ÿ steps to take, that are simple and time effective to achieve stillness.

Then in that stillness developing consciousness of their souls connection to Spirit.

Spirit doesn't need anything for happiness, it just is.

It is pure truth, ever new, ever renewing bliss

This is what we are, this is our true consciousness, this is Spirit

Each soul is made in the image of Spirit and therefore each soul doesn't need anything for happiness, it just is.

Whilst it is a start, you will definitely get more benefit from a regular meditation practice and so we have created a monthly pass that gives you access to classes at the hall for a month and as a bonus you can have access to the online library - if that's your thing.

You can also try the yoga before the meditation, help your body get rid of the day's tension and sit more comfortably on the chair.
