On Monday we had our last class of 2025.
To say it has been a strange year would be an understatement.
Undergoing emergency life saving surgery and then having a long recuperation period has had mixed blessings.
One blessing was more time in meditation, always very welcome.
All be it most of my practice had to be supine, or propped up on multiple cushions due to the abdominal surgeries.

Divine Mother has a hand in our lives in ways that may not seem obvious at first.
All that time confined to bed gave me the opportunity to learn some new skills.
I am still a work in progress but I have learnt how to record and upload to the podcast.

This is like a regular yoga class with asana practice, breathing practice, visualisation and yoga nidra.
You can play individual episodes or combine for a full session - depends on your time and needs

Soul Conversations
This a free channel where I plan to upload conversations along my soul journey.
There will also be interviews with students, friends and others who choose to walk part of their path alongside mine.
This is where classes, courses, meditations and all audio resources will be housed for those of you who choose the Soul Support membership.

As part of our relaxation we practised creating space for peace to enter the body.
This practice helps us connect with our inner calm centre.
By practicing during our relaxation we can train the subconscious to default to calm when outer circumstances may not be as peaceful as we would like.
