# I feel like chicken tonight

It's Friday night, I'm in Preston, there's only one place I should be. 

Eating chicken and rice at Gran Gran's.

That's what Friday has meant for almost 28 years since I was welcomed into this wonderful family. 

Instead I'm laid on my bed, exhausted, mentally drained, emotionally spent.

I was going to edit and upload the blog I had prepared, 

> but that can wait for another week

I'm posting because I made a commitment to those of you that have trusted me with your contact details, your time and your energy. 

I promised myself that I would post consistently as I share this real method for helping others find their inner haven of peace in this busy, crazy world.

So, I'm staying in touch with you because I truly value the fact that you give your time and energy to what I share.

This week's blog that I had started to prepare with tips for inner peace

The info I was going to share about reincarnation, Karma, physical bodies, astral bodies and how it all connects, 

> that can wait 

Everything can wait for another week, another blog/podcast.

As relevant as the subject may have been as we grieve the loss of our beautiful matriarch, it can all wait as I take time for family.

Today, I'm in your inbox, honouring the commitment to be consistent BUT, I've nothing other than to tell you how grateful I am.

### I am grateful that;

> My meditation practice keeps me grounded, 

> Paramhansa's teachings on karma and reincarnation reassure and comfort me in knowing that our consciousness is eternal

> And how blessed I was to have been loved by the most wonderful mother-in-law that anyone could ever hope for.
