​I’ve spent much of my life helping others relax, but my recent recovery and journey with ME/CFS have taught me a deeper truth: we don't need more "to-do" lists. 

We need a way to redirect our energy flow inward, to the spine and the spiritual eye, away from the noise of the world.

​I am moving my focus away from the "busy" side of my business to create something more grounded. 

I’m calling it the **Digital Sanctuary.**

​It’s a place to learn the R.E.A.L. method at your own pace. 

No live sessions to "show up" for—just a quiet space where you can access my teachings and message me directly whenever you need guidance.
